I've been working out a lot lately and tracking my nutrition. I'd like to get back into shape and be in the best shape of my life. This takes work and balance. Well my car broke down on Thursday leaving a work luncheon. I’ve decided to take this opportunity to bike everywhere. This is adding up mileage on my bike really quickly. Today alone might round out with about ten miles. Does anyone know of a good bike shop in Des Moines. 

I'm not immune to feeling angry, although I abhor conflict and arguing. I would rather, more often then not, say whatever and move on from an argument then dig it into the ground unless it is something that truly needs fixing or I believe will have a long term effect on a relationship.
