In short, it discussing how helping others will make you happier. I guess in short its not the having money that really gets the point across but how you treat other people. My role is just a grain of sand in the scheme of things. Every year time passes a little faster. I'm not sure how, because the rhythm to clocks seems to always stay the same. In perfect time.

I've been working out a lot lately and tracking my nutrition. I'd like to get back into shape and be in the best shape of my life. This takes work and balance. Tracking calories, fat, protein and carbohydrates means not going over the amount of grams you set for yourself but also not being under on your desired intake. Well my car broke down on Thursday leaving a work luncheon. I’ve decided to take this opportunity to bike everywhere. This is adding up mileage on my bike really quickly. Today alone might round out with about ten miles. Does anyone know of a good bike shop in Des Moines.
