After reading this post by Chris Brogan: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/chrisbrogandotcom/~3/0UV54qWmlGg/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email
I had a nice little moment of old thoughts on what would happen if Google crashed, and what effect that would have on my life. Think about it. Google runs ALL of my emails, stores them, stores my documents, knows my calendar schedule, hosts my voicemail, my SEO analytics, information for searches, insights, stock information that I research, health information, and so much more. What would Google effect if it went down tomorrow for you? As Chris mentions, it’s not really realistic to back all of that up, so will Google eventually offer us a cloud back up option that we pay for? Will this be through Google Apps?
Just food for thought really, but something worth mentioning.
