Day to Day

Today was extremely low key. Charlie and I hung out indoors mostly. Occasionally we ventured outside for his random potty breaks but for the most part, I worked on my blog, cleaned house, and we played games.

Routines

Charlie has a routine and part of that is a set of commands that he gets treats for doing correctly. We mix and match words, sign language, games, and sometimes temper tantrums when it gets too rough.

Lately, I've been trying to make fetch harder. Not to be cruel but to keep things lively. So I've started fake throwing and then hiding the toy.

This works because Charles isn't very observant. Then we basically play hotter/colder. When he gets stuck I point (yes he understands left, right, reverse, and pointing). So that is what we did with our day. I keep telling myself I'll get more done but at least I've started the blog back up. Even edited the 2013 Tough Mudder Video.
